No. All cards must be a debit card attached to a bank account or a credit card.
Yes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the pickup time to fill out the paperwork and to accomodate a walkthrough in the vehicle and of our rules.
Yes, we can accept valid drivers license from any country.
People up to 1.95cm will comfortably fit in all cars we have to offer.
Yes. Upon pickup you can pay the rates in cash. The deposit beforehand is however always paid online as we need some sort of payment card.
Yes. However the reservation needs to have the same name as the payment card. You can add additional drivers however.
No. at this time we specialise in daily, weekly, weekend rentals and monthly leases. We will launch driving experiences which will fit the hourly rental requirements soon. Feel free to request them.
No. However we do recommmend complying with the speed limits set by the road system.
No. You just need ID/Passport, a drivers license, some form of insurance and a credit card.
The deposit is non-refundable. And all cancellations, will only recieve up to a 50% refund on the booked price for the rental duration. This policy is strict. We will however offer an alternative timeslot based on availability. Transaction/trasport costs due to the change will be added to the bill. Furthermore, drivers who appeared impaired, intoxicated, unwell etc will be allocated a different timeslot based on availability.
Tips are according to the clients discretion. Regular VAT will be charged on top of the bill.
